Mattress Mattress offers local delivery! We'll even take your old mattress away when we deliver your new one.

If you need it faster, every Mattress Mattress store features an onsite warehouse with our best-selling mattresses, adjustable beds, headboards and bedding in stock to take home today. There is no extra cost to pick up your order from one of our stores.

 

Where Mattress Mattress delivers

We provide local in-home delivery and setup of mattresses, adjustable beds and platform beds near our stores in: 

Free local delivery applies to any purchase over $1,000.00 before applicable taxes.

A delivery fee of $99 will apply to all orders under $999.99 before applicable taxes.

The definition of local delivery area varies by market. Please contact your nearest Mattress Mattress location for more details.

Local deliveries are arranged and performed as quickly as possible using one of our trusted local 3rd party delivery partners. Typically, we can deliver your order within 1-2 business days. In select markets, same-day delivery is available.

 

Shipping elsewhere in Canada

Mattress Mattress offers delivery of select top-of-bed items (pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, weighted blankets, etc.), as well as select bed-in-a-box mattresses and adjustable beds, to most locations across Canada. Regrettably, we do not offer shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut or Labrador.

Shipping Rates (Outside of our local store delivery areas)

Small items (courier-eligible)

A shipping fee of $19 will apply to all orders under $999.99 before applicable taxes.

Large Items (requiring truck freight shipping)

A shipping fee of $399 applies to all orders containing large items requiring truck shipping. If the real cost of freight is less than $399, Mattress Mattress will gladly refund the difference to you.

This $399 shipping fee is not charged in our local store areas.

 

 

Mattress removal

Did you know that Mattress Mattress offers removal and responsible disposal of your existing mattress and box spring? This service is available to any customer receiving delivery of their new mattress or adjustable bed from Mattress Mattress.

If you're ordering your new mattress online, please visit our Mattress Removal product page to add this service to your order.

Our removal fee is charged per piece, and the price is the same regardless of the size of each piece. Here are a few examples:

  • 1 queen mattress - select a quantity of 1 ($30).
  • 1 twin mattress and 1 twin box spring  - select a quantity of 2 ($60).
  • 1 king mattress and 2 twin xl box springs - select a quantity of 3 ($90).

Regrettably, we are unable to offer mattress disposal unless we're also delivering a new mattress or adjustable bed to you.



More details on our free in-store pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at all Mattress Mattress locations. In-stock orders are available for pickup within one business day.

If an item is not in stock, lead times vary by supplier. Should any of your items be out of stock, we will provide you with an estimated time of arrival before processing payment for your order.

If you're placing an order with us online, you'll have the option of choosing your preferred Mattress Mattress location during the secure checkout process. Once your order is reviewed by a member of our team, we will be able to advise you on the availability of each item in your order.

Please keep in mind that our website does not provide real-time inventory information, and stock varies slightly by store location. Should your preferred location not have stock of your selected item(s), we will be glad to suggest alternative pickup locations or secure inventory on our next incoming order. You may also choose to cancel your order before payment is processed.

A photo ID is required for in-store pickup

If you paid for your order online, we require you to provide your government-issued photo ID to pick up your order. We will only release your order provided that the name and address on your government-issued photo ID match the "Billing" portion of your online order details and the billing address on file with your credit card issuer.
